How To Apply

After reviewing the documents you have completed, we will assist you in submitting the application.

Required Documents:

A) Completed application forms.

B) Resume/CV of the principal applicant.

C) Two (2) colored passport-sized photos for each applicant and dependent

D) Copy of passport bio page for each applicant and dependent.

E) Certified copy of marriage certificate (for applicants with a spouse).

F) Certified copy of birth certificate (for children only).

G) Police clearance certificate / letter of good conduct issued by a government authority in your country of residence (required for all applicants)

H) All copies must be certified as true copies of the original documents by the Embassy / High Commission / Notary Public.

Our company will assist you in submitting the required supporting documents to the Immigration Department.

The supporting documents include:

A) Fixed Deposit Certificate – Opened with any licensed bank in Malaysia.

B) Medical Insurance – A valid health insurance policy in Malaysia.

C) Medical Report – A medical examination report completed by a doctor in Malaysia.
